Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service govern your use of **Musy AI** ("the App"), published by **GO AI Chat LLC** ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to Musy AI specifically and are separate from the GO AI Terms of Service (https://goaichat.app/terms) covering our other apps. ## 2. Who May Use the App You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and any purchase must be made by an adult who accepts these Terms. You must be able to form a binding contract. ## 3. What the App Does Musy AI generates music, lyrics, vocals, and cover art from a description you provide. Generation runs on third-party AI models (section 9) reached through our servers. Output is produced automatically; nobody reviews it before you receive it. ## 4. License & Restrictions We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial creation of songs, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; attempt unauthorized access to our servers or API; resell or redistribute access to the App; use automated means to generate at scale or bypass credit limits; or use the App or its output to train a competing music-generation model. ## 5. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments - **Credits.** Generating a song, cloning a voice, writing lyrics, or creating cover art consumes credits. The cost of each action is shown in the App before you confirm. Credits are consumed when a request is submitted. - **Buying credits.** Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable between accounts or devices. - **Subscriptions.** A subscription grants a recurring credit allowance and additional features for as long as it is active. - **Billing.** All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. We never receive or store your payment card details. - **Auto-renewal.** Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period. - **Managing and cancelling.** Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. - **Trials.** Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial. - **Refunds.** Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. - **Price changes.** We may change prices and credit costs. Changes do not affect credits you have already purchased. Credits pay for the computation a generation consumes. Because that work is performed whether or not you like the result, credits spent on a completed generation are not refundable. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, contact us and we will restore the credits. ## 6. Your Content and the Songs You Create - **Your inputs stay yours.** You retain ownership of the descriptions, lyrics, melodies, and recordings you provide ("User Content"). - **You own your output.** As between you and us, you own the songs, lyrics, vocals, and cover art the App generates for you, and you may use them personally or commercially. This is subject to your compliance with these Terms and with the model providers' terms in section 9. - **The license you give us.** You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and process your User Content solely to operate the App and produce your output — including sending it to the AI providers in section 9. This license exists to run the service, and ends when the processing does. We do not use your songs, lyrics, or voice recordings to advertise, and we do not sell them. - **You are responsible for your inputs.** You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit, including any lyrics, names, and voices. - **Output is not exclusive.** AI models can produce similar results for similar prompts. We do not warrant that your output is unique, and we cannot guarantee it is free of resemblance to existing works. You are responsible for clearing any rights needed for your intended use, particularly commercial release. ## 7. Voice Recordings The App can create a voice model from a short recording so songs can be sung in that voice. Because voices identify real people, these rules are strict: - **Record only your own voice**, or the voice of someone who has given you explicit, informed permission to do so. - **Do not clone the voice of a public figure, performer, or any other person without their consent**, and do not use a generated voice to impersonate anyone, to imply endorsement, or to create misleading content. - **Do not record a child's voice** unless you are their parent or guardian. - We may remove a voice model and suspend access if we believe these rules have been broken. How voice recordings are handled technically is described in the Privacy Policy (https://goaichat.app/musy/privacy). ## 8. Acceptable Use Do not use the App to create, or attempt to create: - Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights — including attempts to reproduce a specific existing recording, or to imitate a named artist in a way that misleads. - Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence. - Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a real identifiable person without consent. - Content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that is presented as authentic when it is generated. You also agree not to bypass credit limits or rate limits, probe or attack our infrastructure, or use the App in violation of applicable law or of Apple's App Store terms. ## 9. Third-Party Services The App generates content using the following providers. Your use of the App and its output is also subject to their terms: - **Google** (Gemini and Lyria 3) — https://policies.google.com/terms - **Mureka** (voice cloning, own-voice and melody-based songs) — https://www.mureka.ai/terms - **Apple** (distribution, payments, notifications) — https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers, or for changes they make to their models or terms. Model availability may change. ## 10. Our Intellectual Property All intellectual property in the App itself — its interface, code, artwork, name, and logo — belongs to **GO AI Chat LLC** or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. "Musy AI" and "GO AI" are our trademarks; do not use them without permission. ## 11. Availability and Changes We may add, change, or remove features, models, genres, or credit costs, and we may limit or suspend the service for maintenance or for capacity reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Songs already saved to your device are unaffected by changes to the service. ## 12. Disclaimers THE APP AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated music, lyrics, vocals, and artwork may be unexpected, imperfect, or unsuitable for your purpose, and may resemble other works. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before you publish, distribute, or commercially exploit it. ## 13. Limitation of Liability WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST CONTENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted. ## 14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GO AI Chat LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your User Content, your use of generated output, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that a voice you submitted was used without permission. ## 15. Termination You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, particularly the voice and acceptable-use rules. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification — will do so. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits, except where required by law. ## 16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use after a change means you accept it. ## 17.
